Everything NurturingBaby sells is a digital product — a downloadable PDF guide. Nothing is printed, packed, or posted, so there is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address, and no shipping fee at any point. This page explains what happens instead, and when.

What you receive

Each purchase is a single print-ready PDF file. The page count for each guide is listed on its product page before you buy. Files are delivered to you electronically and are yours to keep and print for your own personal use.

When it arrives

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your guide is available — you do not wait for a dispatch window, and there is no processing delay. In practice you reach your download within seconds of paying.

How it reaches you

There are three routes to the same file, so a lost email is never a lost purchase:

  • On the confirmation page. Immediately after payment you land on an order confirmation page with a Download your guide button.
  • By email. A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. It contains your order number and a download link.
  • In your library. Every purchase is added to your library, where you can download it again whenever you like.

Download links and re-downloads

Individual download links are time-limited and expire seven days after they are issued — this protects your purchase if a link is ever forwarded or intercepted. Your access itself does not expire. You can return to your library at any time to generate a fresh download.

No password is needed. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout and we send you a one-time sign-in link.

If something doesn’t arrive

If the confirmation email hasn’t appeared, check your spam or promotions folder first, then sign in to your library — the guide will be there even if the email went astray. If a link doesn’t work or a file won’t open, contact us through our contact page and we’ll sort it out. See our Refund & Cancellation Policyfor what happens if the guide isn’t right for you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars on the product and checkout pages.

International availability

Because delivery is electronic, our guides are available anywhere you can access the internet and complete a payment. There are no geographic shipping restrictions, customs charges, or import duties.
